These days, tough to remember the definitions of “Reliability,” “Responsiveness,” “Courtesy” and “**Competence”** — But the best reminder out there goes by the name, Sean Wilson (At Old City Inspection Services). Sean was prompt, patient, thorough, accommodating and extremely amiable, from start to finish (Great sense of humor, as well!) He provided the time and effort the inspection required, then offered consultation on-site, as well. His follow-up report was consumer-friendly and to the point — e.g., without jargon requiring translation to plain English. Sooooo Happy My Insurance Agent referred me to Sean.
